    Storyline:太平洋战争属于第二次世界大战的一部份，但与欧洲战场不同的是，它的起因源自更早的中国抗日战争和先前日本与欧美列强等国所累积的矛盾和冲突。1937年，日本因对中国发动侵略战争而投入大量物资和人力，国力虽持续消耗却无和谈之迹象，加上与欧美国家关系的恶化，使得日本在国际上日渐孤立，最终美国、英国和荷兰对日本实行经济制裁，断绝其战争物资的输入，前者提出恢复贸易的条件为自中国撤军。
