    Storyline:某科研小组在死亡岛进行试验，过程中，数以万计的杀人蜂冲出了实验室，疯狂攻击科学家与工作人员，一夜之间小岛血流成河、尸横片野，实验室更是一片血肉模糊，残肢断臂的景象。 事故发生后，正在巡逻的安保小组组长中国人秦天，迅速带着救援小队前往实验室救援。与此同时，杀人蜂疯狂繁殖，整个小岛已经成了蜂海，这场“生化危机”迅速向其它区域蔓延。为挽救更多人的生命，幸存者唐凌菲博士与救援小队决定赴死对抗，与岛上的杀人蜂展开一场血战。但更为可怕的是，他们发现岛上除了杀人蜂之外，还有一个神秘的族人对于他们虎视眈眈，一种不知名的嗜血生物更是疯狂攻击撕咬众人，这场死亡救援拉开序幕。
