    Storyline:　　NBC台2012年秋季新剧《新常态》由著名制片人、已经有两部热播美剧（《欢乐合唱团》和《美国恐怖故事》）的瑞恩·墨菲担任主创。《新常态》为半小时喜剧，讲述一对男同夫夫和他们的代孕女住同一屋檐下、迎接和抚养小孩的故事。由贾斯汀·巴萨和安德鲁·兰内尔斯饰演的同志伴侣决定抚养自己的小孩，他们将代孕妈妈锁定在餐馆女侍、负债累累的单亲妈妈格罗莉（乔治雅·金 Georgia King 饰）身上，后者怀孕后搬入和他们一起生活，从而给这个另类家庭增添了诸多欢笑和烦恼。宗教团体在开播前曾呼吁抵制，认为该剧扭曲了“正常的家庭价值观”，但大量调查表明“同志也可以组建家庭”已成为美国民意主流，因此《新常态》所反映的“新常态”还会继续发展和壮大。　　本剧由瑞恩·墨菲和《欢乐合唱团》编剧艾丽·阿德勒共同打造，由二十世纪电视公司负责制作，是NBC在2012年开发和预订的第13部情景喜剧。
