    Storyline:萧阿诗（佘诗曼 饰）的爸爸是一个老阿飞，自小便受父亲溺爱的她甚少入厨，就算一晚方便面也不懂烹调。在一次“至尊点心厨神”大赛中，她认识了食品集团的少东杜硕坚（李克勤 饰）。在这次比赛中，北方御厨传人米玉莹（刘洋 饰）表现出色，硕坚的母亲除了要跟米家的食品公司合作以外，还想撮合硕坚与玉莹，但硕坚对玉莹完全没有感觉。　　硕坚在酒吧再次遇到了阿诗后，在回程的路上被绑架。硕坚逃脱时幸好得到阿诗的帮助。硕坚决定欺骗母亲，要躲在阿诗家中，怎料两人在相处的过程中发生了感情，而此时硕坚的母亲也发现了儿子的踪迹。　　为了棒打鸳鸯，硕坚母亲要阿诗与玉莹举行厨神比赛，令阿诗头痛不已……
