    Storyline:戴亚斗（郑丹瑞）获慈禧御赐金牙，成为金牙大状，为人排难申冤名满全城，斗在诉讼的过程中，不但伸张正义，而且更能指出法理与人情之精结所在，每每令人拍案叫绝，身边还有个精通医术的得力助手袁灵芝（梁佩玲）。　　王日出（何宝生）无辜被卷入名妓施思（郭少芸）的谋杀案中，斗为出澄清白，代他提出诉讼，并遇上北铁嘴田一农（张国强），两人展开激烈对辩。斗找出罪证力指此案与新任巡抚有关，怎料最后却被揭发思纯为自杀而死。斗虽败诉，但在过程中滔滔雄辩大义凛然，终于感动出愿意追随他作入室弟子。　　斗往赴陈梦吉（关海山）之封笔大会，却在大典上遇唐冠石（伍咏薇）。吉被石诬陷入狱，斗为救吉与石对抗，除揭穿石乃女子之身，并发现其为方唐镜之女方田影，两人遂成为斗气冤家。　　尔后，在一宗英人强奸中国村妇案件中，斗与影各自代表中、英双方，互在公堂上对辩，两人更展开一场激烈对辩……
