Storyline:大雄在学校的后山捡到一株被人抛弃的树苗，通过哆啦A梦的植物自由化生长叶，树苗一夜之间变成了蹦蹦跳跳的小家伙，大雄为其取名木木。木木聪明伶俐，热爱学习，不仅得到了野比家所有人的喜爱，也成为胖虎、小夫、静香他们的好朋友。某天，小伙伴们去后山玩耍，结果被吸入到外星飞船之中。由于人类对地球生态环境的破坏日趋严重，一群具有高智慧的植物宇宙人决定将地球上的植物劫持，以挽救它们濒临灭绝的命运。然而，失去植物，地球上的氧气将会减少，人类乃至所有动物都将灭亡。大雄他们能否阻止宇宙人的计划？ 本片根据日本漫画家藤子不二雄的原作改编。
