    Storyline:

    清末，八国联军强压中国。紧挨京城的天津卫乃武家之地，八国联军不敢贸然踏入。在天津卫五年一次的武术会长选拔中霍元甲因救赵师傅一命，自己输掉比赛，赵师傅赢得不体面，与霍元甲产生过节。日本为入侵天津卫，日本第一高手武田龟三郎在天津卫开设红花武馆，一连打伤多家武馆师傅，在日本人设计的圈套下，霍元甲最终与武田龟三郎展开一场生死决斗……
