Tin (Mart) and Kat (Nampeung) were teenage sweethearts. Kat worked for Tin's father, but she did not know that he was Tin's father. On a trip to the beach with Kat and Kat's brother Mai (Louis), Tin sees a little girl drowning and saves her. The little girl asked to take a picture with Tin because he had saved her life. When Tin came back from the Beach, his father introduced him to the woman who he loved very much. That woman turned out to be Kat. Tin was heartbroken, but he decided not to tell his father that he and Kat knew each other.

Several years later, Tin's father and Kat have a son together named Khuat (Alex). Kat always talks down to Khuat because she feels that Khuat could never be as perfect as Tin. Kat still harbors feelings for Tin. Khuat has a secret that he couldn't share with anyone in his family, most of all his brother Tin. That secret is that he is gay.

When Tin's father dies, Khuat is left with his mother who is always yelling at him. On the day of his father's funeral, Khuat meets a riftraft named Kwan (Susie). They strike up a friendship and Kwan volunteers to act as Khuat's girlfriend so that his mother would stop being on his back. One day, after performing in a club, Khuat, Mai, Kwan, and the tom girl were celebrating. Tin tells everyone that he was going to study hard and be perfect for his brother Tin. Kwan, curiously, stated that she wanted to see a picture of this brother of Khuat. Khuat shows her a picture of Tin, and Kwan is shocked. Tin was Kwan's hero - the man who had saved her from drowning so many years ago. Suddenly, the waiter brings a message to Khuat that a fan wanted to meet him, so he goes off alone to meet the fan. The fan turned out to be Kat, who had seen Khuat performing on stage as a drag queen. She tells him to go home, and he says no. So she tells him that they are no longer mother and son and leaves. Khuat upset that his mother could not accept him for who he is, commits suicide by driving his motorcycle into the ocean.

When Tin comes back from business, Kat tells him that Kwan was the reason that Khuat had committed suicide because she had cheated on him. Tin believes everyword that Kat tells him. On the last day of Khuat's funeral, Kwan comes to pay her respect. When she sees Tin, she is so happy that her childhood hero was finally standing before her. However, their first meeting was not a good one and Tin hurts Kwan and shatters her dream images of him.
