    Storyline: 　　向往在东京丸之内办公大楼上班的加奈，因为一字之误而进了东京近郊位在“下丸子”负责贩售净水器的小公司“美水商事”上班。公司除了他之外，四位同事全都是年纪超过45岁的中年大叔，加奈对这些大叔们的各种奇葩行为感到震撼，于是透过每天手绘的观察日记，纪录这些大叔的日常生活。
