    Storyline:大帅张家宝在发迹前原是一推车卖豆浆之徒，经数年的行伍混战，竟摇身一变而成为实授督军，雄霸一方，万人侧目。张家宝为取得外国军火商的支持，特别举行阅兵大典以逢迎军火团首领日本土木贤，罗拔生和皮尔逊等人，但因部队缺乏训练，一切弄巧成拙，笑话百出。
