    Storyline:该剧讲述了“古代第一美男”潘瑯十八岁跟随师父学习治国之道，之后在参加皇家举办的“桃花大会”中一举夺魁，因此名震朝野。登上政治舞台的潘瑯虽激扬了别具风格的文字之美，其才思敏锐、见解超群的治国文章，也是得到皇上赏识，然而仕途并不如意。因其貌美之故，又几次三番遭到宦官王济受命于贾妃的陷害而身陷囹圄。在历经“桃花三劫”之殇后，又幸得知己相救，回河阳县做了一名县令。
