Storyline:妮拉（平采娜·乐维瑟派布恩 Pimchanok Leuwisetpaibul 饰）出生在一个并不幸福的家庭之中，他的父亲痛恨妮娜和妮娜的母亲，常常对他们拳脚相加。唯一能够给与妮拉温暖的，是他的姑父查特查维（普提查·克瑟辛 Puttichai Kasetsin 饰），随着时间的推移，查特查维发现妮拉对自己的感情逐渐越过了禁忌的界限，于是他非常果断的拒绝了妮拉。 心碎欲绝的妮拉做出了人生中最重要的一个决定，那就是接受变性手术，从手术室出来的妮拉再也不是曾经那个处处不受待见的小伙子了，他摇身一变成为了人人侧目的大美女。变性后的妮拉再度出现在了查特查维的面前，没有认出妮拉真实身份的查特查维被妮拉深深吸引。
