Storyline:
A father is without the mean to pay for his daughter's medical treatment. As a last resort, he partner with a greedy co-worker to rob a casino. When things go awry they're forced to hijack a city bus.
When their attempt to rob a casino owned by the feared gangster Pope goes awry and a shootout enues, Vaughn and Cox are forced to flee on foot and hijack city Bus 657 and take the passenger hostage.
