    Storyline:仁华医院副院长武明训（尤勇）雄心勃勃，能力超强，老院长面临退休，他即将接任，为了管理好这家医院，趁去美国出差的机会拜访老同学，美东有名的心脏外科医生钟立行（谢君豪）。钟立行圣诞前夜抢救了一位不愿意接受非人道救助的70岁的心脏移植出现排异反应的患者，并向州器官中心申请再次心脏移植，他的妹妹从外州来探望他，在路上出了车祸，送到他所在的医院，正遇上钟立行的妹妹遭遇车祸……
