Storyline:NTV于2013年春季水十档期推出的《云之阶梯》改编自小说家渡边淳一的同名小说。长谷川博己在《家政妇三田》一剧走红后时隔一年半回归水十档期，出演渡边淳一笔下没有行医执照的离岛医生。相川三郎虽然能在岛上独当一面做些简单手术，但由于没有执照，只有对他抱有好感的护士铃木支持着他，某天怀有身孕的大医院院长千金来到了岛上，她的出现成为了是相川三郎进入上流社会的“云之阶梯”。
